International Networking Event

The event focused on diversity and inclusion and will be built around four thematic areas:

• Spotting opportunities and vision for inclusion in the study and workplace
• Leadership skillset
• Creativity to discover solutions to challenges in youth work
• Ethical and sustainable thinking

For two days, participants had the opportunity to network with experts in the field and international partners from and outside Europe

• Explore good practices for tackling and combating issues including gender, cultural biases
• Discuss the attributes of an effective leader and how to develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding needed by the leaders of enterprises
• Discover challenges of youth work and international mobility inside and outside the European Union
• Learn about funding opportunities, international programmes, and coming calls
